Preserve me, O ALLAH,for in Thee do I put my trust: O my soul, thou hast said unto ALLAH, Thou art my Lord: My goodness is to praise ALLAH, and to be a helper to all the saints that are in the earth, and to the excellent, in whom is all my delight: THEIR SORROWS SHALL BE MULTIPLIED THAT HASTEN AFTER ANOTHER gOd: Their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips: ALLAH is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: HE maintains my lot: The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yes, I have a goodly heritage: I will bless ALLAH, who hath given me counsel: My reins also instruct me in the night seasons: I have set ALLAH always before me; because He is at ny right hand: I shall not be moved: Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: My flesh also shall rest in hope; for Thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine HOLY ONE to see corruption: Thou wilt show me the path of life: In thy presence is fullness of joy: At Thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore:

O ALLAH, I have promised to serve Thee to the end: Be Thou forever near me, my Master and my friend: I shall not fear the battle if Thou art by my side, nor wander from the pathway, if Thou wilt bemy Guide:

ALLAH, Thine eye is on me always,
Thou knowest the way I take ;

Thou seest me when I'm sleeping,
Thou seest me when I wake.

Thine arm is round about me,
Thy hand is underneath ;

Thy love will still preserve me,
If I Thy laws do keep.

Thou ALLAH, art my present helper,
Be Thou my daily guide ;

Then I'll be safe for ever,
Whatever may betide.

Oh ! help me, dearest Father,
To walk in wisdom's way,

That I, Thy loving child, may be
Through every future day,

And, by my loving actions, prove

That ALLAH, who guardeth me is Love.

Gladly we surrender earth's deceitful treasures: Pride of life, and sinful pleasures: Gladly, Allah we offer Thine to be forever, soul and life and each endeavor: Thou alone shalt be known, Allah of all our being, Life's true way decreeing:
